Mini Chocolate Pudding Pies

In honor of National Pi Day, I'm sharing these easy and yummy individual chocolate pudding pies! Everything is better with chocolate, and everything is better mini. My family loves these!!
They are so easy to make, so let's make them! Take graham cracker crumbs and mix with melted butter until moist. Pat crumbs into a cupcake pan lined with cupcake liners. Refrigerate for 3 minutes. Combine the sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and milk on the stovetop. Bring to a boil. Remove and spoon into prepared crusts. *Use whole milk! Don't substitute. And feel free to lick the spoon and pan. 
Let cool in refrigerator completely to set up. Serve topped with whip cream. That's it! Aren't they too cute to eat? Okay, that's kind of extreme. They'll actually be gone in minutes! Enjoy! 

Mini Chocolate Pudding Pies 
2 pkgs. Graham cracker crumbs
1 stick of butter melted 
3/4 Cup Sugar
3 TBSP. Cornstarch
3 TBSP. Cocoa
3 Cups Whole Milk 
Combine crumbs and butter. Pat into cupcake liners in a cupcake tin. Refrigerate for 3 minutes. Combine sugar, cornstarch, cocoa and milk on stove top. Stir until mixture boils. Remove from heat. Spoon into crusts. Refrigerate until completely cooled and set. Top with whip cream. Enjoy!
