Salad Wedges

If you're looking for a quick, lite lunch this weekend, this Wedge Salad Recipe is just for you! It's perfect for a girls lunch date, or an easy lunch to put together if you're out enjoying this beautiful spring weather with your family.
It's so simple to make. You take a head of lettuce, cut into four wedges. Drizzle your favorite dressing over the lettuce. I use a homemade Ranch dressing but you can use whatever you prefer. (You could also make this a very healthy paleo type salad). Then you will top it with bacon, cheese and veggies. Now it's ready to eat! So simple right?! And they look fancy like they came from a gourmet restaurant. My family also loves this as a side with dinner. Enjoy!!

1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp. Dried Seaoning of Dill Weed, Onion Powder and Garlic Powder.
