I love fall and everything about the cooler weather. One of my favorite things, is using my crockpot to make soups and stews! This is a simple Beef Stroganoff recipe that is easy to make and tastes delicious! It's my husband's favorite stroganoff recipe! You can make it on the stove top quick or in the crock pot.
I serve this over noodles, but you can use rice too, and the onion and mushrooms are optional, if you have picky eaters. I love using fresh mushrooms instead of the ones from the can. Serve this with a side salad and dinner is ready to go!
